After completing his Bachelor of Science in fisheries biology at Colorado State University, he was hired full-time with, at the time, the Colorado Division of Wildlife. Grant Stewart - Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder of The Infinite Outdoors Project, Avid Outdoorsmen, Colorado Resident & Wildlife Conservationist. Grant was introduced to the outdoors at a young age by his Grandfather. Patrick Rodgers - was born and raised in Casper, WY, the son of a wildlife filmmaker, and grew up hunting, fishing, and partaking in any outdoor activity he could try his hand at. Pat is also an avid endurance athlete, primarily Nordic ski racer and ultramarathoner. He has a passion for wildlife and the outdoors and works as a biologist and science communicator at the Wyoming Migration Initiative to raise awareness and educate the public on big game migrations in the West. One of his focal study species, the mule deer, has declined by over 30% since the 90's. In 2018, as a graduate research associate, Pat decided to raise awareness of the challenges of mule deer migrations, which are critical to the persistence of many deer herds, by running 92 miles along the migration corridor of the herd he studied. But before the run took place, Pat lost his father to a grueling battle with melanoma cancer. Pat's father, Neil, was a huge supporter of the run and cultivated Pat's passion for the outdoors from a young age. 92 Miles, a documentary film by Cold Collaborative and sponsored by Yeti and Sitka Gear, highlights the burliness of mule deer migrations and how Pat's run through the mountains was a personal migration through grief and the loss of his father. The film is set for online release in late spring/early summer of 2021. Jeremiah Wilber - was born in Ennis, Montana and grew up on Fort Belknep Indian Reservation. From an early age, Jeremiah was an avid outdoor enthusiast, spending much time hunting, fishing, and cowboying. Following high school, he enlisted in the US Army, attending the Military Police School (MP) at Fort Leonard Wood. As an MP, Jeremiah served two combat tours and completed the Sapper Leader Course and Army Ranger School. After graduating Ranger School, Jeremiah attended Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) and was selected for the elite Green Berets. As a Green Beret, Jeremiah Served in 3rd Special Forces Group as a Special Forces Communications Sergeant and in 10th Special Forces Group as Special Forces Operations (Team) Sergeant and a Master Trainer at the Special Operations Mountaineering and Arctic Warfare Course. Following retirement from the US Army, Jeremiah has decided to channel his time and energy into raising money for veteran nonprofits. In 2016, he completed his first ultra-marathon, running from Denver to Breckenridge to support the Green Beret Foundation. This year, Jeremiah is taking on the most arduous ski race in North America, the Grand Traverse Backcountry Ski Race on behalf of the Heroes and Horses Foundation. Matt Kempson - Tactical Game Athlete, Professional Obstacle Course Racer, HYROX Athlete and Fitness Equipment Designer. Matt Originally migrating to Colorado in search of big mountain skiing, inadvertently developed an endurance background that he began to utilize in the athletic world. After years of professional obstacle course racing he has now shifted his focus on a new hybrid-style event called The Tactical Games. Kevin McDonald - Firearms Instructor/Range Safety Officer, Kevin began his firearms journey when he joined the Marine Corps. Starting as a machine gunner, he became familiar with fully automatic weapons platforms, and then throughout his enlistment shifted his focus from accuracy by volume, to more precision rifle disciplines. Kevin completed the Marine Corps Scout Sniper Basic Course on Camp Pendleton and served in a Scout Sniper Platoon for the rest of his enlistment. Following his time in the Marine Corps, Kevin moved out to Colorado to work as an Armed Security Guard and Executive Protection Specialist in Denver and surrounding cities. Kevin began exploring more instructing opportunities including Medical (TCCC), Combatives, Edged weapon techniques, Force De-escalation, Tactical Pistol, and Long Range Precision shooting. Luke Caudillo- Former UFC fighter, now a trainer/coach for some of the top UFC fighters like Justin Gaethje. Caudillo also has his own podcast GU Unfiltered & is the host of Gladiators Unleashed based on big game hunting. Born and raised in the railroad town of North Platte, NE. Like a lot of rural Americans, Caudillo began hunting and fishing with his brothers, cousins, and friends at the age of ten. After high school, Caudillo got involved in mix martial arts (MMA). "I was a wrestler my whole life, I missed the competition, and fighting looked fun to me," says Caudillo. Next thing you know fighting became his career. MMA was good to Caudillo, as he made it to the top level of the sport (UFC) and currently has made coaching a big part of his life. Nikki Sjoden aka 2k’s is a 4th generation Colorado native and has always had a strong connection to nature. Sarah Slaton is a songwriter that expresses pathos both poignant and relatable (Denver Westword). An Arkansas native, Slaton taught herself to play guitar in the shadow of the Ozarks before making her way out West to Denver. Slaton founded and fronted the Colorado trio, EDISON, recognized for their tireless touring efforts. Carly Baker, a Colorado girl in love with the outdoors her whole life. Living in Steamboat Springs as a ski instructor, just enjoying the mountain life. Beginning his journey in the industry at Tucson’s Rialto Theatre while attending the University of Arizona, Hazel has made it a point to immerse himself in as many facets of the industry as possible working with entities like Z2 Entertainment, Madison House and RED Distribution. Currently a wearer of many hats at 303 Magazine, Hazel is involved in talent buying, writing, project management and photography amongst other things, but all revolving around music. To date, Hazel has worked with the likes of New Belgium, The Underground Music Showcase, Visit Denver and more on various creative projects and installations. The core of Hazel’s work, however, is dealing with local musicians, telling their story and creating creative opportunities to showcase the city’s immense talent. Ted Harvey is a former state legislator from Colorado. In 2001, Harvey was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 43rd House District. Elected in 2006 to the Colorado Senate, he represented Senate District 30, which encompasses Northern Douglas County Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker, and Roxborough Park. In April 2019, wolf activist groups announced they will run a ballot initiative in 2020 to force the release of wolves onto Colorado public lands.
