Wyatt Montoya - is a collegiate golfer at Arizona Christian University and a PGA member who has spent much of his life dedicated to the game of golf. Growing up in Colorado, Wyatt developed his game through years of competition, becoming a Colorado State qualifier and placer during his high school golf career. His passion for the sport has continued into the collegiate level, where he continues to compete, develop his game, and pursue his goals both on and off the course. While golf is a major part of Wyatt’s life, some of his favorite places are far away from the fairways. A passionate outdoorsman, Wyatt grew up with a deep appreciation for Colorado’s mountains and wild places. He enjoys fly fishing, bowhunting, and upland bird hunting and values the challenges, patience, and experiences that come with spending time outdoors. Whether he’s competing on the golf course, standing in a river with a fly rod, chasing birds through the uplands, or heading into the mountains with a bow, Wyatt appreciates the opportunity to challenge himself and continue learning. At the center of it all is his Christian faith. As a young man, Wyatt strives to keep his faith at the foundation of the way he lives, competes, and treats others. His combination of competitive drive, love for the outdoors, and commitment to his faith continues to shape the man he is becoming and the path ahead of him.
